I would have to say that: this dress looks great! As the judges said it's fashion while innovative.
Even though I wasn't a fan of Jeffrey during the whole season, but I really like his collection on finale runway. Most of the outfits are young, fresh, and lovely, absolutely his style but without those 'funk, rock, dark thing'.
Anyway, if have to compare with the 2 winners Jay and Chloe, I'm sorry to say that, Jay is still my favourite.
